I started my health journey because I was extremely overweight and unable to be physically active in the way that I wanted. A doctor told me that she was worried I would not make it to 40. Chronic back pain caused me days of pain after each exercise and caused me extreme disappointment. I made the commitment to choose a healthy, clean eating lifestyle along with having the gastric bypass surgery.

I started to use BiPro immediately after surgery and hearing about it from Ben Leber on the radio. As a bariatric patient, protein is key. In BiPro, I found a clean, trustworthy, local whey protein isolate. While I have not hit my weight goal (yet), I have met and exceeded all fitness goals that I had. I have, however, currently lost 245 pounds! I started running and using BiPro with milk post workout. I have since run my first 5k and am training to run my first 10k. I've also been able to golf, hike, and mountain bike. Now, I use BiPro with milk for my breakfast as the perfect way to start my day. My favorite BiPro is Café Latte, but I also use strawberry and unflavored. I have also had the protein water and enjoy those as well! I want to tell people that using lean, clean BiPro has been an amazing tool on my weight loss journey and I would highly recommend it to others.
