Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Young Coconut (Meat and Juice), fresh, medium
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Ice Cubes
- ¼ cup BiPro Whey Protein, natural Unflavored
Directions
Malaysia is the origin of coconut palm, however coconut palm is grown in more than 80 countries worldwide. Coconut is highly nutritious; it is rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Coconut water is one of the richest sources of electrolytes.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
