  • ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein, natural unflavored
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Lipton® Savory Herb with Garlic Recipe Soup & Dip Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • ¼ cup Water


  1. Combine flour, BiPro Whey Protein, baking powder, salt and soup mix in a medium bowl.
  2. Slowly add water while mixing with a fork.
  3. Knead all ingredients to form a cohesive ball that is not sticky.
  4. Roll dough on a floured surface or pastry cloth until very thin (~1mm).
  5. Transfer dough to a baking sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (wipe off excess).
  6. Cut into 1” x 1” squares using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife. Prick with a fork if desired.
  7. Bake at 400ºF (use convection if available) on the bottom rack for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool crackers on a wire rack.
