⅓ cup Old fashioned oats
1 scoop BiPro Whey Protein Powder, Café Latte
¼ cup Skim milk or milk alternative
½ Tbsp Maple syrup
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp Sliced Almonds or Chopped Walnuts


  1. Combine all ingredients, except nuts, until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour into an airtight container or jar.
  3. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
