Uncrusted Protein PB&J

  • 2 slices whole grain white bread (or bread of choice)
  • 1 Tbsp Unflavored BiPro ELITE
  • 1 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar-free jam or jelly
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Honey (or sweetener of choice)


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the protein powder and powdered peanut butter. Begin adding the water slowly until desired consistency is reached
  2. Add honey or sweetener of choice to teh mixture. Sweeten to taste.
  3. Place the peanut butter mixture and jelly filling in the middle of one piece of bread. Make sure to leave room on the outer edges
  4. Place the second piece of bread on top, and use a sandwich sealer or the rim of a large glass to seal the sandwich 
  5. Remove the outer crust while the sandwich is still in the press or glass 
  6. Freeze the sandwiches until ready to eat. Use within one month.
