Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Turkey (or Chicken), Cooked and Cubed
  • 1½ Cups Mixed Vegetables (Frozen or Canned)
  • 1 Can (10¾ oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Cup Baking Mix
  • ¼ Cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Skim Milk

Directions

  1. Combine turkey, vegetables and soup. Pour into ungreased 9 inch pie pan.
  2.  Combine baking mix, BiPro, egg and milk. Pour over turkey mixture.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
