Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Egg Noodles
  • 1 Can (10¾ oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • ¼ Cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
  • 2 Cans (5 oz each) Tuna, Drained
  • 1 Cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Cup Peas (Frozen or Canned)
  • ½ Cup (~1 oz) Coarsely Crushed Potato Chips

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to the manufacturer’s directions. Drain.
  2. Combine soup, milk and BiPro. Stir in noodles, tuna, cheese and peas.
  3. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips.
  4.  Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
