Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen fruit - Tropical Fruit Medley*
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 scoop or packet Vanilla Renew BiPro protein powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

* Tropical fruit medley used contains pineapple, strawberries, banana, mango, and papaya.
