Strawberry Raspberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup BiPro, Unflavored, Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1/3 cup Raspberries, frozen
  • 1/3 cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 Banana, large

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

Option: Replace raspberries, strawberries and banana with 1 cup of the fruit of your choice.
