  • ½ cup Taro Root, boiled
  • ½ cup Skim Milk
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1½ Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Powder


  1. Boil taro root in water for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

Taro root is native to Southeast Asia; it is a tropical plant grown as a root vegetable. It is commonly used in savory dishes and desserts throughout Asia.
