  • 1 – 9 inch pie crust, baked
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 onions, medium, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp basil, dried
  • ¼ cup BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
  • ½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded


  1.  Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan and add onions. Cook over low-medium heat for 15 minutes or until light brown and tender. Spread in pie shell.
  3. Whisk together sour cream and eggs. Add basil and BiPro and mix well. Stir in cheese. Spread over onions in pan.
  4. Place pie pan on baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
