Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Almonds, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup BiPro, natural Unflavored
  • 3 Tbsp Ground Flax Meal
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until smooth and cohesive dough forms (hint: try almond or cashew butter).
  2. Divide equally into mini-muffin pan cups and chill for an hour.

Fun Suggestion!
Instead of bon-bons, try sheeting thin into a rectangular pad about 1/4” thick. Now imagine that’s the seaweed used in sushi rolls. Let your imagination go wild with filling ideas but some fun ones would be shredded coconut for rice, pistachios or green marshmallows for avocado, slivered almonds for cucumber straws, dried fruits (apricots, dates, cherries) as raw fish, & cream cheese for the Philadelphia roll. Fill one end of the sheet with your toppings and then roll it up like a professional itamae—Japanese word for skilled sushi chef! Then roll some in more coconut or white sprinkles, try dusting one with cinnamon! Make some dipping sauces with colored frosting, flavored coffee creamers or ice cream syrups!
