Summer Protein Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops BiPro RENEW Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • OPTION: 1 tbsp. honey

Directions

1. Add yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, and vanilla extract into blender. Blend on high for 35-40 seconds. The longer you blend, the lighter and creamier the frozen pop.

2. Transfer to large mixing bowl and stir in chia seeds. Allow to set for 15 minutes while the chia seeds expand.

3. Evenly dollop berry mixture into 10 frozen treat molds followed by the chia and yogurt mixture. Tap gently to settle the mixture.

4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least eight hours. Enjoy!
