Sugar Cookie Protein Bites

  • 6 T coconut flour
  • 3 scoops Vanilla BiPro Elite
  • 1/2 Cashew Butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-6 T water
  • sprinkles to decorate


1.     In a  bowl, combine the protein powder and coconut flour.  Mix well.
2.     Add the cashew butter, vanilla, and water. Stir until well combined. The mixture will be thick. If too dry- add more water, 1 Tbsp at a time.
3.     Roll the mixture into approximately 12 balls and refrigerate until firm. You can also roll bites in sprinkles to decorate.
