Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk or Milk Alternative
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 6 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein, unflavored
  • 1 cup Strawberries, frozen

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

*Option: Replace strawberries with other fruit of your choice.
