Strawberry Truffles

  • ½ ounce Freeze Dried Strawberries
  • 7 ounces Creamed Coconut (Coconut Butter), softened
  • ½ cup Vanilla flavored BiPro
  • 3-4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar


  1. Crush freeze dried strawberries to form a powder (about 1/3 cup). Place in food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Form 1 inch balls (refrigerate mixture about 10 minutes if too soft) and place on wax paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
  4. Coat as desired:Dust with cocoa powder or refrigerate until firm and dip in dark chocolate.
