Strawberry Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1½ cups Strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 3 scoops/packets BiPro Strawberry Whey Protein
  • 1 Banana, medium sized
  • ¼ cup Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Ice, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Add ice if a frostier consistency is desired.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
