Strawberry Mousse

  • 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 cups Strawberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • ⅓ cup BiPro Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar or equivalent sweetener of choice
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping


  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Stir and let sit 1 minute. Heat over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Place berries, BiPro, sugar and gelatin mixture in blender or food processor. Blend/puree until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Divide into 6 serving dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
