Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 cups Strawberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- ⅓ cup BiPro Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp Sugar or equivalent sweetener of choice
- 2 cups Whipped Topping
Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin over water. Stir and let sit 1 minute. Heat over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
- Place berries, BiPro, sugar and gelatin mixture in blender or food processor. Blend/puree until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Divide into 6 serving dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
