Strawberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup BiPro BOLD Creamy Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups Oats (quick or old fashioned)
  • 1 cup Dried Strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine flour, BiPro BOLD, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl until creamy. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well.
  4. Fold in oats, dried strawberries, and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to finish cooling.
