S’mores Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, smooth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 scoops BiPro BOLD, Chocolate Milkshake
  • 3/4 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup stevia chocolate chips
  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed finely

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter and honey.

2. Add in the whey protein, crisp rice cereal, marshmallows and chocolate chips.

3. Mix together with your hands, pressing it all together. It should be slightly crumbly, but it will come together when pressed into balls.

4. Take a small amount of mixture and squeeze into balls.

5. Roll each ball in the graham cracker crumbs.

6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Can also be frozen.
