Raspberry Mousse for Nighttime

6 (½ cup) servings
6-10 Grams


  • 1 envelope (7g) Unflavored Gelatin
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 cups Raspberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • ¾ cup BioZzz Alpha-lactalbumin whey protein
  • ¼ cup Zero-calorie sweetener of choice
  • 2 cups Cool Whip Lite


  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Stir and let sit 1 minute. Heat over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Place berries, BioZzz Alpha-lactalbumin, sweetener and gelatin mixture in blender or food processor. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in Cool Whip
  4. Divide into 6 serving dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

*Options: Replace raspberries with other berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.) of your choice.
