Raspberry Mousse –

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 cups Raspberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • ⅓ cup BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, Unflavored
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar or equivalent sweetener of choice
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping

Directions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Stir and let sit 1 minute. Heat over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Place berries, BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, sugar and gelatin mixture in blender or food processor. Blend/puree until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Divide into 6 serving dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Options: Replace raspberries with other berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc) of your choice.
