  • ¾ cup Skim Milk
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin
  • ¼ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
