Ingredients
- ¾ cup Skim Milk
- ¼ cup Pumpkin
- ¼ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
- 4 Ice Cubes
- 2 tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
- Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
- Pour into glass. Serve immediately.
