Pumpkin Smoothie for Nighttime

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Skim Milk
- ½ cup Pumpkin
- ½ cup BioZzz Alpha-lactalbumin whey protein
- 4 Ice Cubes
- 5 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
- Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
