  • ¾ cup Skim Milk
  • ½ cup Pumpkin
  • ½ cup BioZzz Alpha-lactalbumin whey protein
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 5 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
