Pumpkin Pound Cake (Low Carb)

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein
- ½ cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ginger
- ¼ tsp Cloves
- 1 cup Pumpkin, canned
- 1 cup Zero-calorie sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 5 Eggs
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Mix together almond flour, BiPro Whey Protein, all purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Set aside.
- Combine pumpkin and sweetener. Add vanilla, eggs and oil. Mix together well.
- Add dry ingredients and stir together.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan (8½” x 4½”).
- Bake at 300°F for 1 hour. Let cool 10 minutes in pan before removing.
- Cool on wire rack until completely cooled.
