  • ½ cup Pure Pumpkin (canned)
  • 1 cup Milk (Skim, Almond, etc.)
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp – 1 Tbsp Honey (depending on your sweetness preference)
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 scoop French Vanilla BiPro Whey Protein Isolate

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
