Pumpkin Overnight Oats

  • ⅓ cup Old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop/packet BiPro whey protein powder, French Vanilla or unflavored
  • ¼ cup Skim milk or milk alternative
  • 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Pecans, chopped


  1. Combine all ingredients, except pecans, until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour into an airtight container or jar.
  3. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
