Pumpkin Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate Powder
  • ¾ cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Curry Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the oil. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat oil to 325°F. Drop batter by spoonsful into hot oil.
  3. Fry until golden. Drain briefly on paper towels.
  4. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.
