  • ¾-1 cup Skim milk (or milk alternative of choice)
  • ¾ cup Pumpkin puree
  • 3 scoops/packets BiPro Unflavored or BiPro French Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 3 Tbsp Maple syrup (or equivalent sweetener of choice)
  • ¾-1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 Tbsp Chia seeds


Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants and high in fiber.The seeds absorb water and form a gel-like consistency.The pudding can also be eaten as a filling breakfast.

  1. Whisk together milk, pumpkin, BiPro, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice until well mixed.
  2. Stir in chia seeds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Note: Use ¾ cup milk for a thicker consistency, 1 cup milk for a softer consistency.
