Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2/3 cup BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, French Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Zero-calorie sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 15 ounce Pumpkin
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

  1.  Combine dry ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Mix together pumpkin, egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3.  Pour batter into a greased loaf pan (8” x 4”).
  4.  Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
