Protein Waffles

Ingredients
- ½ scoop BiPro Whey Protein Powder, French Vanilla or Unflavored
- ¼ cup Quick oats
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Skim milk
- ¼ cup Unsweetened applesauce
Directions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Combine BiPro, oats, cinnamon, and baking powder in small bowl. Set aside.
- Combine egg, milk, and applesauce. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in preheated waffle maker following manufacturer’s directions (about 2-3 minutes).
