Protein Peanut Butter Cups

6-10 Grams


  • 8oz bag sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 T coconut oil
  • 3 T BiPro Bold - Boldly Bare
  • 3 T powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 T water


1.    Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or in the microwave. If using the microwave, heat in increments and stir so as not to burn.
2.    Once the chocolate is melted, transfer to a piping bag. Pipe a thin layer into a silicon candy mold, or cupcake wraper.
3.    Tap the mold to remove bubbles and achieve an even coating, place molds in the fridge to set.
4.    Filling: combine BiPro, powdered peanut butter, honey, vanilla ext, and water in a small bowl and stir to combine.
5.    Peanut butter mixture will be thick, portion with a 1/2 tsp and shape into small balls or patties depending on your mold.
6.    Add peanut butter ball to mold on top of set chocolate.
7.    Pipe remaining chocolate on top of peanut butter to completely coat. Tap to remove air bubbles.
8.    Set top coat in fridge, keep refrigerated until serving.
