Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop BiPro BOLD Creamy Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana - frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, lightly packed
  • Ice as needed

Directions

1. Peel and slice bananas, place in a sealed container in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Combine in a blender: coconut milk, frozen banana, BiPro, peanut butter, and spinach -- blend until smooth
3. Add ice and blend to desired thickness.
