Protein Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond butter (or other mild flavored nut butter)
  • 1 Egg
  • ⅓ cup BiPro French Vanilla or Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Molasses
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup or honey
  • 1½ tsp Ground ginger
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment lined baking sheets; flatten slightly.
  4. Bake 7 minutes. Let cookies cool completely on pan before removing.
