Protein Ghosts

Ingredients

  • 1-1½ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 can Vanilla Frosting
  • Miniature Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, peanut butter, BiPro and vanilla extract until well blended. Add remaining powdered sugar 2 Tbsp at a time until a very thick, cohesive dough is formed. If dough gets too thick add milk 1 tsp at a time until the desired texture is obtained.
  2. Divide dough into 12 pieces and form ghost shapes about ½ inch thick. Or pat to about ½ inch thick and use a small ghost shaped cookie cutter. Place shapes on waxed paper.
  3. Heat frosting in microwave until warm and runny. Carefully spoon over shapes to coat.
  4. Add 2 miniature chocolate chips for eyes and place in refrigerator until frosting is set.

Note: Try other Halloween shapes and frosting colors/flavors – such as black cats or bats with chocolate or black frosting and pumpkins with orange frosting.
For Christmas – Christmas tree shapes with green frosting, decorated with mini M&Ms, or round shapes (ornaments) with any colored frosting and candy decorations.
For Valentine’s Day – heart shapes with pink, red or white frosting.
For Easter – egg, bunny or duck shapes with pastel frosting.
