Fudge Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (1.4 oz) Chocolate Pudding Mix, instant, sugar free
  • ½ cup + 1 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein Powder, Unflavored or Chocolate
  • 2 cups Skim Milk

Directions

  1.  Combine pudding mix and BiPro Whey Protein.
  2. Add milk and mix well with a mixer or in a blender.
  3. Pour into six 3 ounce plastic cups, insert craft sticks or plastic spoons and freeze at least 4 hours.
  4. Makes 6 fudge pops.

*Note: Other flavors of pudding may be used depending on preference. Popsicle molds or ice cube trays can also be used for freezing the pops; the number of pops (and nutrition per pop) may change.
