Protein Crepes

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 scoops unflavored BiPro
  • 1 ½ cups of low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t olive oil
  • ​​​​​​​Nonstick spray


  1. In a blender combine flour, BiPro, milk, eggs and olive oil. Blend until smooth
  2. Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium.
  3. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour ¼ cup batter into pan. Immediately lift the pan and swirl batter in a circular motion until a thin layer coats the bottom.
  4. Cook for 1 minute or until bottom of crepe is a light golden brown.
  5. Using a rubber spatula, gently release sides of crepe from the pan and flip. Cook for another 30 seconds.
  6.  Fill crepes with desired toppings in the center and roll. Best if served warm.
