  • ½ cup Skim Milk
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 scoop (~¼ cup) Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Powder
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • ½ Tbsp Flax Seed
  • ½ Tbsp Honey Dried Edamame

Directions
