Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk or Milk Alternative
  • ½ cup BiPro Whey Protein, natural unflavored
  • ⅓ cup Piña Colada Mix, frozen
  • ⅓ cup Crushed Pineapple

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

*Option: Add ice cubes for a frosty consistency.
