Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • ¼ cup Skim Milk or Milk Alternative
  • 1 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk or 1-2 packets Zero-calorie sweetener of choice
  • ¼ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Powder

Directions

Peanuts are a very good source of monounsaturated fats as well as vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese. Peanuts also contain resveratrol, an antioxidant that is found in red grapes and red wine.

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.

*Sweetened Condensed Milk can be replaced with 1 Tbsp Honey or Sugar or 1-2 pkts artificial sweetener, if desired. This may alter the nutrition facts.
