  • ½ cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup 2% Fat Milk
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
