Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese*
  • 1/3 cup Butter, softened
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • ½ cup BiPro Whey Protein Powder, French Vanilla
  • ¾ cup Powdered peanut butter (i.e. PB2)
  • ¾ cup Miniature chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup Chopped pecans or peanuts

Directions

  1. Beat together cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, BiPro and powdered peanut butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Place on plastic wrap or waxed paper and shape into a ball.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. Just before serving, roll ball in chopped nuts.
  8. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, ginger snaps or apple slices.

*Reduced fat or fat free cream cheese can also be used to reduce fat content.
