Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 scoop BiPro BOLD Creamy Vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (we used semisweet)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 pan with nonstick spray.
2. In a food processor, add all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips. Process until batter is smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the chocolate chips.
3. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Then sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. They may still appear underdone.
5. Cut into 12 blondies. Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
