Pancakes (Low Minerals)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • ⅓ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • ¾ tsp Baking Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Coffee Rich® Nondairy Creamer
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Combine flour, BiPro Whey Protein, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Lightly beat water, nondairy creamer, egg, oil and vanilla.
  3. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
  4. Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated 375°F griddle (medium heat).
  5. Cook about 45 seconds – 1 minute per side.
