Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 scoop BiPro BOLD or BiPro ELITE
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Almond or Soy Milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar/plastic container and combine thoroughly. 

Topping Ideas: fresh berries, sliced almonds, dried fruit, chia seeds, hemp seeds, chocolate chips
