Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Milk, 2% reduced fat
  • ⅓ cup Naked Juice, Mighty Mango flavor
  • 1 Banana, medium
  • 1 tsp Benefiber® Fiber Supplement
  • ¼ cup BiPro, Unflavored, Whey Protein Isolate
  • 5 Ice Cubes

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
Note: Replace reduced fat milk with skim milk for less fat and calories.
