Old Fashioned Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1½ Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein, Unflavored or French Vanilla
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Mix together BiPro Whey Protein and oats. Add to boiling water. Stir.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
