No-Bake Protein Peanut Butter Oat Fudge Bars

  • 1 Scoop BiPro RENEW Vanilla
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup liquid sweetener of choice (maple syrup, brown rice syrup, agave)
  • 1 ½ cup ground oats (or oat flour)
  • 1 Tbsp milk or water as needed
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Makes 16 servings


1. Line an 8x8in pan with wax paper.
2. Mix protein powder, peanut butter, sweetener, and oats together until well combined. Add milk or water 1 Tbsp at a time if mixture is too dry.
3. When batter is smooth, add to pan and press to fit shape.
4. Melt coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Add chocolate chips and continue microwaving in 15 second intervals (stirring in between) until chocolate is fully melted.
5. Pour chocolate over peanut butter fudge and put in the fridge until cooled completely.
6. Makes 16 servings, Keep refrigerated.
