Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/3 Cup BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, French Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Applesauce, Unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Mix together yogurt, eggs, applesauce, oil, honey and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
