Mocha Latte Protein Bites

  • ½ cup Sliced almonds
  • ½ cup Pitted dates
  • ½ cup BiPro whey protein, chocolate
  • ½ cup Almond flour (or omit, and increase the sliced almonds above to 1 cup total)
  • 2 Tbsp Instant coffee
  • ½ cup Almond butter (or other nut butter)
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. Place sliced almonds and pitted dates in food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add BiPro, almond flour and instant coffee and mix well.
  3. Heat almond butter and honey over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour over nut/date mixture and mix well
  5. Form into 24 bites and refrigerate until firm.
  6. Dust with coffee powder, cocoa powder or chocolate BiPro, if desired.
  7. Store refrigerated or frozen.
